Returns Policy
We hope you're pleased with your purchase from us.
Due to perfume being a hazardous product due to its alcohol content, we do not allow regular returns for perfumes sold though our website.
Please see the table below for a quick summary of scenario and what happens:

| Product not as described | Please contact us though My Account and we will be please to help you regarding this. |
| Simply changed your mind | Standard returns not available; perfume is non-returnable as hazardous goods. |
| Outside 30-day window | Usually not accepted; exceptional cases via customer service though My Account. |
Please follow the Returns Procedure below:
| 1 | To arrange your return please log into My Account, select view order and click the return button you may see different return options depending on the seller, item or reason for return. |
| 2 | Once you have processed your return you will be given a date when the returned items need to be back with us. |
| 3 | Please return the items in their original packaging, package the items securely and ensure our returns form is included inside. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you return your items to us. |
| 4 | Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items that you are returning. |
